My published dissertation investigating themes of ‘Internet Ugly’, memetic media and exploring how the internet has distorted the meaning of the word kitsch. The design of the book is influenced by the topics inside, with it celebrating mistakes, wonkiness and the ameateur. Design techniques that are ususally seen as in ‘bad taste’ are harnessed and exploited to support the text.
